Our lawyers give advice and appear in Court for Young Persons (under 18) and Adults (18+) who are charged or may be charged by Victoria Police. 

 

We will:

• Give you advice about your police interview before you are interviewed

• Talk to you about the law and whether police are likely to be successful in their case against you

• Give you suggestions on the practical things you can do to help in your case

• Refer you to any other service that could assist you with social needs (eg doctors, drug services)

• Negotiate with Police and Prosecution for you to get you the best result

• Appear in Court for Bail applications or variations of Bail

• Appear in Court for the entire Court Process from being charged to finalisation
