Tim Hancock

Tim completed his Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) at Monash University in 2015 and has worked in high volume western suburb criminal law firms since.

Prior to his career in law, Tim completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Melbourne University and worked in dairy farming and infectious disease research at the CSIRO Australian Animal Health Laboratory. His rural background often means that he be found often appearing for clients in the state’s regional courts.

Tim has established himself as a persuasive and articulate advocate, and his strength lies in his advocacy skills. He is able to understand his audience and put his client's case in a way which that audience will find palatable and persuasive. He is quick on his feet when challenged by the bench, and develops and advances his client’s case to secure the best outcome.

Tim has a particular interest in working with those suffering from brain injuries, mental health issues and disabilities.
